Maya has always had a love of food. She grew up in Brittany in north-west France, renowned for its fine gourmet traditions, and fell in love with the restaurant business. After studying art, she arrived in London to follow her dream. She ran the Mediterranean restaurant in Herne Hill in south-east London for seven years. Keen to develop her skills, she became a pastry chef at the Oblix restaurant in the Shard and then set up her first pop-up called Pretty Tapas in East Dulwich, London. Maya met Tim and agreed to set up permanent residence in the House of Tippler. Within six months her culinary delights are now an integral part of the House of Tippler menu.
Her artistic talents means Maya's food is creative as well as delicious. Her love and passion come across in the flavour and presentation of every dish.
