Award-winning industry expert Tim Oakley has been creating and serving cocktails for the good people of South London for 17 years. Tim trained at Babington House in Somerset where he got a taste for the drinks industry. He has spent the past 20 years as a bartender, restaurant manager, drinks consultant and trainer.
In 2012 Tim opened the doors to his independently run bar House of Tippler with the aim of serving classic and seasonally inspired cocktails, beverages and locally sourced food to the community and beyond!
The House of Tippler's cocktail menu has been carefully crafted using classic recipes with a Tippler Twist, inspired by seasonal ingredients.
